Kelsey Miller
Owner, Lead Planner
Kelsey is our Owner and Lead Planner and has been a part of the Spell Events family since 2018 before transitioning to Owner in 2023. She loves the balance between logistics and design this job requires, but what truly lights her up is the opportunity to connect with her couples. Her favorite part of the process is getting to know couples over a good iced vanilla latte (any time of year) and identifying the parts of their story that can be used to infuse their wedding design with personal touches. Her past couples describe her as a calm presence on wedding day and always willing to jump in where needed with a smile.

Favorite Wedding Moment | The sweet moment with the bride right before she walks down the aisle. Everything freezes for just a moment.

Rachel is one of our associate planners who joined the Spell Events team in 2021. She has a passion for all things design and planning, and loves getting to watch her couples’ dream day come to life! When she isn’t focused on her lovely couples, Rachel enjoys exploring new places with her husband and relaxing with family and friends.
Favorite Travel Destination | Probably Cancun, but I love anywhere tropical! If I can relax by the ocean, I’m happy
Favorite Wedding Moment | I love seeing the couple immediately after the ceremony is over, when they can finally let it sink in that they’re married. Pure joy!

Macey is an associate planner with Spell Events who joined our team in 2021. She loves to see how the thoughtful and unique designs come to life on wedding day! She is driven by the love she has for people and the opportunity to connect with her clients! When Macey isn’t wedding planning, she is selling wedding dresses at a bridal boutique!

She’s energized by the power of people’s stories and advocates for celebrating life & love through beautiful, meaningful events. When she's not working at Spell Events, you’ll find Leah doing all things graphic design & running her own photography business on the side.

Caitlyn Jardon Nguyen
Caitlyn has been on the Spell team since June 2019 and loves helping each of our wonderful clients have the wedding day of their dreams. After all, Spell Events helped give her and her husband the most beautiful wedding day so she relishes the opportunity to make everyone’s dreams come true. She grew up with two older sisters and says she definitely caught the wedding bug helping them both plan their own big days! In her free time, you can find Caitlyn either mixing up a new chocolate chip cookie recipe or checking out the latest Houston foodie spot with her husband.
